The Big! The Bad! The ZT 0350TS
ZT reaches out again and produces a hardy knife. Check out the read below.
Knelt down to listen to the noises around me. All I hear is the slightest sound of the wind coming through my mask. Suddenly, I hear the sound of someone or several people coming through the trees and brush. I knew they did not know I was here. Because the noise they were making was too loud for them to be out looking for anyone. I raised up my rifle and took aim waiting for the moment all hell was going to break loose. I could see their heads and some of their upper bodies. They would have a hard time seeing me because I was wearing my winter ghillies suit. My finger was on the trigger and slowing pushing the trigger to the rear. Next thing I know I see my target giving instruction to the other individuals. Everyone started to walk away and my target was standing there smoking a cigarette. I thought about pulling the trigger and ending it right here and now. But thinking I would stir up hornet’s nest was not the right option.
I lowered my rifle and took out my ZT0350 to end it quick and quiet. I walked straight ahead as quiet as I could be. I had picked up a small rock prior to walking over to my target so that I could use it as a distraction. As I approached close enough to where I felt comfortable lunging forward to him. I throw the rock into the tree next to his left side. His head turned to see a huge amount of snow falling from the tree. At that time I lunged forward with my ZT0350 and took out my target. Sat him down in the snow and extracted back for pick up. Mission accomplished.
One thing I do like about this ZT0350 is that it is perfect to fold up and put into any pocket. But very durable as a fixed blade. I know as a knife fighter, when you first pick up this knife you will have a feeling that it is big and awkward. But, after swinging it around like I do and you will find the confidence to use it. Check out what ZT says about it:
Same durable build. Same precision quality. But the Zero Tolerance 0350TS has something the others don’t—a bold, tiger-stripe blade.
While it may look a little wilder, the 0350TS has all the same features as our 0350. It opens with the patented SpeedSafe assisted opening system. The blade deploys quickly and easily, even in gloves, using the ambidextrous flipper. The ZT 0350TS’s blade is CPM S30V stainless steel with tiger-stripe Tungsten DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating. S30V steel is extremely durable, corrosion-resistant, and wear-resistant. In addition to providing a camouflaged surface, the DLC coating offers additional blade hardness and reduces friction.
This high-performance S30V blade is paired with textured black G10 scales for a secure grip and excellent mechanical strength even under the roughest conditions. The scales are flat rather than 3D-machined and contoured like those of the 0300. A locking liner secures the blade during use. The 0350TS also includes ZT’s quad-mount system for complete versatility.
Mount the pocket clip in any of four ways: tip-up, tip-down, on the left side, or the right. There’s a pre-drilled lanyard hole for users who prefer to attach a lanyard.
